01About these terms
By using renoble.agency or hiring us, you agree to these terms. They apply to our website, quotes and project work unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
02Our services
We design and develop websites, mobile apps and brand identities. The scope, timeline and price of each project are set out in a written quote, proposal or message that you approve before work begins.
03Payments
- A deposit may be required before work starts. The balance is due as agreed in the quote or on delivery.
- Prices exclude third-party costs such as domains, hosting, premium plugins and stock assets, unless stated.
- Monthly plans renew each month until cancelled with reasonable notice.
04Revisions and delivery
Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in its quote. Extra revisions or changes to the agreed scope may be charged separately. Timelines depend on you providing content, feedback and approvals on time.
05Your content and ownership
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, the text, images and other material you give us. Once the project is fully paid, you own the final website design and code we create for you. We may keep our general tools, frameworks and know-how.
06Portfolio
Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may show the finished work in our portfolio and marketing.
07Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a project at any time. Work completed up to that point and any deposit paid for it is non-refundable, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
08Support after launch
Bug fixes within the period stated in your quote are free. Ongoing updates and maintenance are available on a monthly plan.
09Limitation of liability
We do our best to deliver high-quality work, but we cannot guarantee specific business results such as search rankings, traffic or sales. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the project.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
11Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current one.
